I'm not able to make sense of screenlogic config/ settings and today it's running in pool low mode but no water seems to be visible in the pump lines (see photos). * There's also waterfall and lights hooked up. * Pool heating (and it should turn on pump on high ideally automatically). * Separate spa heat settings (and jets and whatnot) * Pool low and pool high settings and a schedule for these. We have variable flow pump and a whisper pump, heater and in line chlorinator (see photos). We noticed a few issues so let me explain a bit more. The equipment was working fine except today. I'm not sure how everything is hooked up and while playing with the screenlogic config app, i may have screwed things up. Our pool guy is a bit confused about the setup too (he's going to do research or I'll get a different person) and I'm also trying to learn everything myself. Does anyone know anything about this issue? I use the Pentair ScreenLogic app.We bought a house that has a pool + spa and Pentair equipment. So now I'm wondering if a setting got tripped somehow on the actual heater or the outside control console that is overriding my app commands. Then I set up a service request with my home protection plan, and the tech who came out tried setting the temp to 100 on the actual unit, it heated up, and he said there was no problem. When I went to check the heater, it said 85, which was strange, because usually it shows the temp I set, but again I don't know the equipment all that well. Certainly not over 95 degrees, and probably less.
However, over the last month or so, when we turn on the spa, no matter what temperature we set it on the app, it stays cooler than that. The app lets me turn on the lights, water features, and spa. We bought the house in 2018, and I had my weekly pool guy show me how to use it. I'll try to do this properly, so as not to frustrate those who want to help! I have a Pentair pool/spa that was installed somewhere around 2015/2016. Hello, I found this forum from googling about my problem, and not quite finding the answer I was looking for.
